Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a diagnosis-specific method and the gold standard for BPD. The goal is to recognize unwanted behavior and, through skills and mindfulness, find new ways forward in the long term.
Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (cPTSD)
DBT-PTSD combines the methods of DBT with exposure training. The goal is to reduce dissociation as well as distress and avoidance behavior.
